In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph536," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to ph536 and its operators, affiliates, and authorized agents responsible for operating the ph536 online gaming platform accessible at ph536.net.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses ph536, including registered account holders and visitors.

ph536 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph536 Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ph536 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Your security obligations include:

• Creating a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service or account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number, which ph536 strongly recommends for all Accounts.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person, including friends, family members, or individuals representing themselves as ph536 support staff. ph536 support agents will never request your password.
• Notifying ph536 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Logging out of your ph536 Account when using shared or public devices, and refraining from using the "Remember Me" functionality on such devices.

ph536 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account pending identity verification where suspicious login activity is detected, in order to protect the Account holder's funds.

ph536 accepts deposits from Players via the following payment methods, all of which are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱):

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. ph536 will not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source and may result in Account review.

ph536 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ph536 accepts no liability. ph536 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider systems, bank processing times, or network outages outside ph536's control.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Players who have not submitted and had approved a valid Philippine government-issued ID will not be able to process withdrawals. ph536 accepts UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS ID, and PhilSys National ID.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the Player's name on file. ph536 does not make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100. ph536 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds subject to advance notice.

ph536 offers various promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All ph536 bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification. ph536 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Each promotion will specify its applicable wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) that must be wagered before any withdrawal from bonus-credited funds is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.

Player Tools

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph536 platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Continued use of ph536 following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using ph536 and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining Balance by contacting support.

ph536 will maintain a record of previous Terms versions. Players may request a copy of prior Terms from customer support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the ph536 platform, or your Account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
